At Timber Creations, we take great care in preparing and shipping each handcrafted item to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

All orders are made and packaged with care.

  • Standard items typically ship within 5–10 business days.

  • Custom or personalized orders may require 2–3 weeks for production before shipping.

  • You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • We currently ship within the United States (international shipping may be available upon request).

  • Free or discounted shipping promotions will be applied automatically when eligible.

Shipping Methods

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, or UPS, depending on the item’s size and delivery location.

  • Most packages include tracking and insurance.

  • Delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days depending on location.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Notify us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost items).

  2. Provide photos of the packaging and item if damaged.

  3. We’ll work with you and the carrier to file a claim and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Local Pickup (Optional)

If you’re local to our area, we may offer free local pickup at our workshop. You’ll receive instructions once your order is ready.
