Refund and Return Policy (30 Days)
At Timber Creations, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade woodworking items. Each piece is carefully created to ensure durability and long-lasting beauty.
Eligibility for Return or Refund
We stand behind our workmanship. If an item experiences a construction failure (such as structural separation, cracking due to faulty assembly, or hardware failure) within 30 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund.
To qualify:

The issue must be a result of craftsmanship or material defect.

The item must be returned in its original condition, without signs of misuse, modification, or damage caused by weather, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.

How to Start a Return or Refund

Provide photos and a description of the issue so we can assess the problem.

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning or exchanging your item.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our items are handcrafted and often personalized, we cannot accept returns for:

Custom or engraved items (unless due to a confirmed construction failure)

Items damaged through improper care or handling

Normal wood variations such as knots, grain texture, or natural color differences
Resolution Options
Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following:

Repair: We’ll fix the issue and return the item to you.

Replacement: We’ll create a new item of the same type.

Refund: If repair or replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a full or partial refund.

The customer will provide return shipping, at your expense.
